Sizing Guide

Picking the correct size chastity cage is the first step, and the most important one, in your chastity journey. A properly fitted cage will make your chastity experience both enjoyable and safe!

Chastity cage components

Chastity cages typically have two components that are assembled to keep a penis locked up, which are:

  • The base ring that the penis and testicles are pushed through
  • The cage that attaches to the base ring, enclosing the penis to achieve chastity

Measuring for your cage

Measurements are required for both components, as both the base ring and cage need to fit you properly.

Prepare

Gathering everything you need to make measurements will make the process run smoothly. You will need a piece of string (or something similar), a ruler, and something to record your measurements. If you have a flexible tape measure that can wrap around the penis and testicles without any kinks, you won’t need a ruler. Do not use a stiff measuring tape, as you will not get precise results.

Get comfortable

The measurements need to be taken while you’re in a relaxed and natural state. Excess heat can encourage blood flow to the penis and excess cold can discourage blood flow, which will skew your measurements. If you purchase a cage using these measurements, there’s a chance that either the base ring or cage will be too tight or too loose. Try to take your measurements while you are completely flaccid, in a comfortable setting that’s not too hot or too cold.

Take measurements

The final step is to take and record your measurements.

First, measure your penis to find your cage length. Measure from the base of your penis all the way to the tip of your glans. If you have excess stomach fat, using a ruler is advised as you can push it against your pubic bone to get a precise measurement.

Second, measure around the penis to find your cage diameter.Measure around the base, or the thickest point of your penis, making sure not to pull the string too tight and make sure it has looped around completely. Divide this by pi (approximately 3.14), or use an online conversion tool, to get a diameter measurement.

Third, measure around your penis and testicles for the base ring diameter. Measure around the base of your penis and behind the testicles, making sure not to pull the string too tight and make sure it has looped around completely. Divide this by pi (approximately 3.14), or use an online conversion tool, to get a diameter measurement.

If your penis starts to grow, take a break and resume measurements when you return to a completely flaccid state.

Sizing

While you can use the measurements you’ve recorded, there are some things to consider when translating your measurements into sizing:

  • The base ring should match the recorded measurement as close as possible
  • The cage length can be a ¼ inch - ½ inch shorter than the recorded measurement for a tighter fit
  • The cage diameter should match the recorded measurement as close as possible, or be slightly smaller

Does my cage fit properly?

Your chastity cage should properly fit you, and shouldn’t be too loose or too tight.

Cage issues

A cage that is too big will be too loose, and may not work as intended at all. You will be able to become more erect than intended during chastity, and you will not be able to use the bathroom while in chastity as your penis will not be aligned with the open tip of the cage (if the cage you choose has one).

A cage that is too small for you can be uncomfortable, especially if you become aroused.

Personal Preference

Our sizing guide provides you with steps for measuring for a chastity cage and suggestions for choosing component sizes that will fit you properly. It is completely okay if you have personal preferences that don’t follow the sizing guide, as long as you are mindful of your personal health and safety. You may opt for a tighter cage or a looser base ring, so feel free to experiment and find what works for you!
